Huis Mimosa is situated in the heart of the Hex River Valley. We have amazing facilities for all our elderly people. Our mission is to give them a safe, and beautiful place to live.

in home/infirmary (single and double rooms, each with its own sink and toilet, and an external door to the gardens or squares.)

in the dementia ward -kirsteinsaal (4 single rooms and 2 double rooms, with own sink and toilet.)
38 Residents
in the bachelor (18) and 1-bedroom apartments (9) (ground and 1st floor, each with a balcony.)
Respite Care
(if space is available) at market-related rates.
What We Offer
We offer the following services to our lederly residents.
24H Nursing Services
Nursing services are available seven days a week.
Balanced Meals
Three balanced meals a day.
Morning And Afternoon Tea
We have two tea times a day.
Cleaning Services
Rooms and flats are thoroughly cleaned on a regular basis.
Laundry Services
Residents’ clothes are washed and ironed.
Hair Salon
This service is provided by volunteers.
Library
We have a lovely sunroom where our residents can read.
Town Excursions
A quantum bus goes to a local shopping center every week.
Weekly Activities
We offer various activities for our residents to participate in.
Generator And Battery System
We have a generator and an inverter/battery system for essential services and safety.
